The BLOC is a powerful movement driven by the people who live, work, and go to school in the Bronx. We are made up of a community led leadership body, known as the Youth Action Council, and a membership body of organizational partners.
Together, we build community power, create lasting change, and ensure that those most affected are leading the solutions.
